"MIC" Lined Pumps
manufactured by Micro-Mech are built with sound design to offer
improved Efficiency and Performance Characteristics. Latest
Production Techniques employed help in producing high quality
pumps. Each stage of manufacturing programme is carefully designed
to ensure world-class Quality, "Reliability" and trouble
free operation with least maintenance. State-of-the-Art high
pressure lining process, free of adhesive bonding, ensure sound
lining areas of metal components provide firm mechanical grip
of lining. The lining covers all wetted areas in Casing &
Stuffing Box. These parts, with solidly moulded impeller, offer
long service life in handling highly corrosive media (pH range;
0 to 14) and temperatures from - 100C to +260C. Variety of lining
materials can be offered to handle almost any fluid. |

CONSTRUCTION
:
Robust construction pumps are adequately designed with foot-mounted
Casing, to accommodate high piping loads and high pressures. Centre
line discharged Casing design aids natural venting of vapours from
the pump.
Over-designed shaft accommodates high torque & power transmission
requirements. Over-sized bearing absorb high radial and axial thrust
loads, resulting in minimum vibration & noise levels.
IMPELLER
:
Solidly moulded semi-open Impeller with metal insert ensures high
strength & durability. The Impeller is dynamically balanced
to ISO 1940 to achieve minimum vibration and extended bearing life.

Shaft Sleeve is a component protecting the Shaft coming in contact
with the corrosive medium, is offered in variety of materials :

MECHANICAL
SEAL :
A single externally mounted PTFE bellows Mechanical Seal with GFT
/ Ceramics face combination is offered as a standard. For Specific
requirements and strict emission control, double back-to-back seals
with suitable face materials can be offered.
